According to the news of the TechCrunch, Twitter recently announced that its earnings for the means "Promoted" content will appear on a mobile device.

Which Promoted Trends and Promoted Tweets appear in the mobile version of the Twitter search results, including iOS, Android and the web edition. Promoted Accounts also will appear in the time line.

Twitter guarantee, mobile version of the Twitter experience and desktop version, "Promoted" content will not too influence time line.
